IS MY RSVP REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately not. Once you have purchased the RSVP, much like a sporting event ticket, it is yours. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
All sales of RSVPs including, without limitation, all service charges and transaction fees, are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing an RSVP you acknowledge and accept that there exists risk that said RSVP may expire. Expire means that the team for which you purchased an RSVP has not advanced to play the game associated with the option. Expire also means the option is past the exercise date. Upon expiration, you will not be able to convert the RSVP into a right to purchase a ticket at face-value. There are no refunds for an expired RSVP.
If your team qualifies, RSVP holders have the RIGHT but not the OBLIGATION to purchase one face-value ticket for each option owned. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
In the event an RSVP has been converted into a face-value ticket for the scheduled game, neither the College Football Playoff nor OptionIt is responsible for any refunds in the event of any rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation of the associated game.
